Not a rose, but a robbery

The DS Food Mart was on Rose Street. On Valentine’s Day, the pair walked into the store.

She held a gun to the store clerk. He looked for money. The owner of the store appeared with his dog. The woman ran. The store clerk grabbed a gun and fired it.  

On Feb. 14, 2018, David Williams, 18, was found with a gunshot wound to the head near the DS Food Mart in Jackson, Mississippi. The accomplice escaped. Williams died in a hospital the following morning.
