She was three-quarters of the way through kindergarten at Walnut Grove in the Ferguson-Florissant School District. On the family’s GoFundMe page, Yessmy Rojas described her as having an “angelic smile.”
On a rainy Thursday before Easter Sunday, Ylineh Novoa, 6, was shot and killed along with her mother by her father on March 29, 2018, in Florissant, Missouri.
