Ears ringing. Loud noise. Third accident.

His mother went outside to tell his grandmother she was leaving. The 2-year-old brother also ran out, complaining that his “ears were ringing.” Neighbors heard a “loud noise.”

An unidentified 1-year-old boy was fatally shot in the 8000 block of Domain Street in Mobile, Alabama, on March 12, 2018.
