Wilmington is a port city located off the coast of North Carolina. It’s a place filled with beaches, boardwalks, restaurants and shops.
For a mother and her son, it was their new home. They hardly got to enjoy it before they left it for good.
On August 7, 2018, Alissa Frey shot her 2-year-old son in Wilmington, North Carolina. Her son’s name was not released to the public.
