In the early morning of Feb. 14, 2018, Matthew Ortega, 17, was found dead on Jeb Stuart Square in Centreville, Virginia, by a delivery driver. A Go Fund Me page started on Facebook raised more than $16,000 to help Matthew’s family with the expenses.
