Leonard Warren Jr.

Age 17

New Orleans, Louisiana

Leonard did not follow, he led

He was a leader, not a follower. Everyone admired and respected him as a role model because he set a good example for other young men.

He was a fantastic student and an unforgettable teacher. No one had a smile like his. He was always positive and calm.

On May 16, 2018, Leonard Warren Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities at 6:32 p.m. after he was shot multiple times in an overgrown lot in New Orleans.
