Police found her with her pacifier
She was 13 months old, visiting Florida with her parents.
The license tag on their car was from Wisconsin. Inside was a receipt from the Minnesota pawnshop where her father bought the gun. Police found handwritten directions from Daytona Beach to nearby Sun Splash Park, as well as directions from the park to a shooting range in the forest.
Police said Gabriela Rose Olesen Farias was shot twice in the head by her father, who also fatally shot her mother, then himself. The family was found near their car, parked in the middle of a clay road in Ocala National Forest on March 10, 2018. Gabrielle’s pacifier was still in her mouth.
