On the evening of Nov. 20, she was at her father’s apartment. According to police, her father told them he sold marijuana, and was shooting dice when someone knocked on his door and then started shooting.
Anaya Boyd, 2, was shot in the head and killed at the Enclave Apartment Complex in Memphis. Her father was charged with aggravated child abuse with neglect and endangerment. “That was a child, and it’s just sad,” a neighbor said. “It doesn’t make any sense, no sense.”
