Even after they broke up, he and Sierra remained friends. Both were seventh-graders at Stewart-Gordon Middle School.
“He was so sweet, caring and loving. We grew closer to each other as friends.” Sierra wrote online. “Any time I was having a bad day or I was crying, he would always say, ‘Sierra, do you want to talk?’” The teenager was a gifted artist. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and basketball.
On April 21, 2018 in Augusta County, Virginia, Steven Wayne Glenn Jr., 13, was shot in the head allegedly by his father at their home on Spring Hill Road. “I wish heaven had visiting hours,” his girlfriend wrote on his online memorial.
