Age 16

Chicago, Illinois

Loving brother and son. Anonymous text.

“He was a loving boy. He was good to his brothers,” his father said, eyes red. “He wanted them to be better men.”

He attended Christian Fenger Academy High School, where he studied hard and played basketball. He had been missing for days before an anonymous text sent to his mother led police to a wooded area on the South Side of Chicago, where they found dead him beside another teen.

Raysuan Turner, 16, was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds on Aug. 19, 2018 in Chicago, Illinois.
