Fulton Raylon Bibbs

Age 17

Flint, Michigan

He was all about the music

He loved basketball, especially the Cleveland Cavaliers and Lebron James. He worked at the clothing store Aeropostale. In his spare time, he could often be found rapping under the name Lil Fulton: “He was all about the music,” said his friend Andreanna Johnson.

Funny, charismatic, outgoing, respectful yet blunt are words others used to describe him. “He had lots of love from his peoples” and he “loved to dress,” Johnson said.

Fulton Raylon Bibbs, 17, was shot and killed in Flint, Michigan, while he was sitting in a parked car just before midnight on May 12, 2018.
