He was one of eight siblings — a “one-of-a-kind comedian” who always had his loved ones laughing. His hobbies included football, basketball, and playing video games.
His girlfriend liked that he was both funny and intelligent. “It just hurt me,” she said when asked how she felt. “He really didn’t do anything to anybody.”
Donnell Williams, 15, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was shot and killed on Dec. 5, 2018 at the home he shared with his relatives in the city’s Allison Hill neighborhood.
