Carolina Monsanto

Age 16

Allentown, Pennsylvania

She would never become a senior

She was a beautiful soul, loved by so many. She ran track and got good grades, never causing anyone problems, her dad would say.

Just 35 days before her senior year, she visited a friend’s house in Allentown, Pennsylvania. At a quarter past 5 p.m., it was a cloudy summer evening at 533 Harrison Street when a man opened fire.

Carolina Monsanto had dreams of becoming a nurse. She was 16 when she died on July 30, 2018, from multiple gunshot wounds.
