He was supposed to perform at the Spark Project Collective on Nov. 20, 2018, according to the most recent Instagram video he uploaded advertising tickets.

“RaloNumban9ne” was a SoundCloud rapper with more than 600 followers on the music-sharing app. Over the past two years, he had posted 17 songs, including singles, features and freestyles.

Carlos Antonio Ross, 16, went to Lakeside Park in Tucson, Arizona, on Nov. 8. 2018, with three friends when a shootout occurred, leaving him and two others dead.
