A freshman at Lawton High School, he joined the Wolverines football team in the fall of 2018. He was #26 on the field and wore his red and white athletic uniform well.
Nicknamed “Junior” and “Junebug” by family and friends, he was loved for his goofiness and humility.
On Dec. 9, 2018, Brian Marques Brown Jr., 15, was shot and killed in Lawton, Oklahoma.
The shooter, who has been charged with second-degree murder, alleged that Brian had stolen his vehicle. A month later, Brian’s family visited his grave on what would have been his 16th birthday.
