Antonio Gullotto

Age 16

Syracuse, New York

"He’s a perfect boy. He’s perfect."

He was a ninth-grader at Henninger High School, home of the Black Knights. He was said to enjoy “racing, roller coasters, sports, and a good meal.”

“He’s a perfect boy,” his mother said. “He’s perfect. He played baseball. He cared about his family so deeply.”

On Dec. 16, 2018, Antonio Gulluto was shot and killed on the corner of Park and John streets in Syracuse, New York. His mother believed he was shot in retaliation for  stealing $100 from a convenience store one month before; the store owner and clerk were arrested and charged with his murder.
