Kelvin Ramone Creech

Age 18

Allendale, South Carolina

Engaged. Ready for fatherhood. Taken away.

He loved dancing and drawing. His mother hoped he would become an engineer. At 18, he was engaged to be married.

In the end, he was running scared. That Friday, he told his cousin and neighbor to get off the street because a man with a gun was chasing him. On Wednesday, someone had fired a bullet into the house where he lived.

Kelvin Ramone Creech, 18, was shot multiple times and found dead on Bing Street in Allendale, South Carolina, on July 13, 2018. A father-to-be when he died, “he was ready for his baby,” his mother said.
