Jody Lamont Loring Jr.

Age 18

Conway, Arkansas

He loved sports and Hot Wheels

He was a family-oriented, model-car collecting, outgoing teenager, a devoted father of one child and a loving boyfriend.

Football, basketball, baseball and watching his favorite team basketball team, the Oklahoma City Thunder, were among his favorite hobbies. He enjoyed collecting Hot Wheels and other model cars, amassing a collection of more than 1,000. But most all he strove to adequately provide for his three-month-old son, Syn’Cere.

Jody Lamont Loring Jr., 18, was shot and killed in his car on May 24, 2018, just moments after leaving his girlfriend's house on Donaghey Avenue in Conway, Arkansas.
