He had a warm smile and golden brown hair that shone bright under the sun. He was a radiant and sociable soul. He was somebody's “sweet sunshine.”
One month before it happened, his girlfriend wrote: “I cannot wait for our future together.” Eleven days before it happened, she told him he was a father-to-be. A future brutally silenced at the hands of two masked men, by way of a shotgun.
Hunter Black, 18, was killed in his home in Kennewick, Washington, on Oct. 26, 2018. His baby is due in May 2019.
