A positive person planning for motherhood
She was looking forward to studying cosmetology. She was five months pregnant; the father was her boyfriend of two years. They were expecting a boy.
“She was planning to spend more time with her mom to guide her and be there for her pregnancy,” her cousin Karla Alarcon told her school paper, The Plaid Line. “She was a very positive person — even if she was going through a hard time, she never wanted to bring anyone down.”
Eileen Viveros-Vargas, 18, was shot and killed on March 9, 2018, in St. Paul, Minnesota.
