Chloe Cartierra Dowdy

Age 18

Atlanta, Georgia

She would never be a mother

She loved kids and could not wait to have her own. She was funny and outgoing. She was full of life.

“I thank God you were a part of my life and I’m glad I had the opportunity to be around your silly self everyday last summer. I hope you're happy now with God and that your struggle is over,” her friend Zay posted on her online tribute wall.

Chloe Cartierra Dowdy, 18, and her boyfriend were both shot and killed on June 3, 2018 in a home in southeast Atlanta, Georgia.
