His neighbors in the mobile home parked loved him. He was quick to make others laugh and smile.  

He and his friends were hanging out one night when another teen asked him to pay back $40 he had previously loaned him. He did not have the money.

Carlos Rodriguez, 15, was fatally shot with a .45-caliber handgun on April 2, 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He died at the hospital a short time later.
