Breyanna Priscilla Jackson

Age 11

Timmonsville, South Carolina

She loved playing pranks on Grandma

Priscilla LaViscount recalls her 12-year-old granddaughter’s fondness for snapping photos of her while she slept. “‘Grandmama you just go to sleep’ and then they laugh[ed] about it,” she said. Her older granddaughter, Nykerria, would also join in on the good times and laughter.

The mischievous photographer also brought her fun-loving personality to her school, Brockington Elementary, in Timmonsville, South Carolina. She loved to sing and dance.

Breyanna Priscilla Jackson died in her home on May 31, 2018, along with her mom and older sister. Her younger sister and father, injured, survived the shooting.
