A senior with a warm smile

A senior at Richland High School, he worked as a cashier at a McDonald’s restaurant. He wore glasses and had a warm smile.

One Wednesday night he was playing cards with his sister and brother along with a guest “known to the family.” Afterwards they all went into the living room to watch television. The guest began to act "fidgety" and pulled out a gun.

Nye'Cole Jaltheus Marioneaux, 18, was shot on Feb. 28, 2018, in Rankin County, Mississippi; he was pronounced dead at the hospital. Kaia, his sister, died at the scene. Kieran, her twin, survived.
