He and six others had come to a parking lot to watch their friend fight another woman.

Then there was another fight. He was running when a series of gunshots rang out. He was hit in the neck and lower back.

His friends drove him to the hospital after he lay bleeding. On Nov. 28, 2018, Xavier Tamir Marshall, 16, died of gunshot wounds in Houston, Texas.
