He was Dinero. He was Poppy. He was Pop. No wonder he had nicknames to spare: He was part of a huge family with four sisters and three brothers, and was “like a big brother” to friends.

He lived in Middletown, Delaware, a small, quiet town where local police and residents were getting worried about violent crime.

Todd Dorn, 18, was shot and killed on Feb. 18, 2018, in the 500 block of New Street. The suspect arrested by police and charged with murder was 16 years old.
