A young boy, "missed by all"

Some knew him as Toby for short. He was a “good boy” who lived in West Englewood in Chicago, Illinois, a neighborhood known for poverty and crime.

“Regardless of what the police and the news portray him as, we knew who he was,” Tia Turner-Tompkins commented on a Facebook post. “Toby will be missed by all.”

Tobias Robinson, 14, attended Chicago Vocational Career Academy. He was shot in the head in his neighborhood during a drive-by shooting around midnight and died at Holy Cross Hospital on July 18, 2018.
