Tion Anderson

Age 18

Chicago, Illinois

Not far from where he lived

The bold letters behind him in the photo allude to the legend he might have become.

The letters are red like his shorts, adorned with the number 100, an age he was far from. The shorts are red like the broken hearts in a post his cousin shared about him.

Red like the blood he, Tion Anderson, 18, shed when he was fatally shot in the head on Jan. 20, 2019 in the stairwell of an apartment in the Gresham community of Chicago, not far from where he lived.
