Tesean D. Blue

Age 18

Tampa, Florida

He moved for a safer life

He wasn’t originally from Tampa; in hopes of a “safer life,” his mother relocated them from Alabama and the town he’d lived in for most of his 18 years. A normal kid with a normal life, he was described as someone who loved his family, friends, and playing basketball.

After the move, he continued to build his life in a new place where he is described to have made many friends. He was also a “proud uncle,” who loved caring for his niece.

Te’Sean D. Blue, 18, was shot and killed by an unknown assailant in Tampa, Florida, on Sept. 3, 2018.
