Noel Lazo

Age 17

Houston, Texas

A smile framed by dimpled cheeks

As a soccer lover, he was a big fan of players Ronaldinho and Messi. Photos of Ronaldinho were all over his Facebook page, and he posted special edition Messi cleats to show his support for the legendary athlete.

He had curly hair, and he and his little sister shared an identical smile. His friends often made remarks about his dimples. He was described as a “very sweet, beautiful soul.”

On January 19, 2019, Noel Lazo was found in his home on Vinedale Drive in Houston. The 17-year-old accidentally shot himself while playing with a gun at around 2:13 p.m.
