Latifah Anae Hudnall

Age 18

Richmond, Virginia

Future taken from a makeup artist

She did everyone’s makeup. With each fluff of her brush, the Henrico High School student got closer to the cosmetology license she was earning.

She laughed, joked and was a good friend to many of her peers. While she was known for her artistry with a makeup brush, she had other goals. She planned to attend nursing school when she graduated from high school.

On March 31, 2018, Latifah “Tifah” Anae Hudnall, 18, was shot to death in a grocery store parking lot in Richmond, Virginia. The shooter, a friend of hers, said he thought the gun wasn’t loaded while playing with it.
