One Wednesday, he was in an apartment in Kendallville, Indiana, on Sargent Street. Someone there picked up a loaded handgun. It discharged.
Justin Leynn Rodman was shot in the torso on Nov. 14, 2018, at around 1:20 p.m. Police found him at the bottom of a staircase, after he collapsed in the entryway. Emergency responders attempted for 30 minutes to revive him before he was pronounced dead.
