The second oldest of four, she may have loved running around the house with her siblings.
She was in the back of her father’s SUV, maybe buckled into the seat. It was pitch black outside, and it was probably way past her bedtime.
On Aug. 12, 2018, a bit after midnight, Dulce Yamilet Garcia Perez, 4, was shot by her father in his car in Clearlake, California. He also shot his three other children, killing two of them, before killing himself.
