“This woman right here deserve the world,” reads his final Facebook post on May 30, 2018, beneath the photo of a smiling woman resting one hand on her hip. “I’m sorry fa putting you threw so much pain. I love you momma.”

His girlfriend, Ivorruana, has posted a few times on his account since. “We was each other world. This boy use to tell me he love me every 2 min,” reads her post on National Girlfriends Day.

Demond Robinson Jr., 17, was shot in self-defense, police concluded, with an AK-47 rifle on June 1, 2018,  in East Memphis, Tennessee.
