A robbery gone wrong in Dayton
He was a 17-year-old who grew up and lived in Dayton, Ohio.
On a summer night, at around 2:30 a.m., he and a friend reportedly attempted to rob an overnight auto repair shop. When they approached, the store manager pulled out his own gun, opening fire on the two teens. The second teen fled the scene, but Craver took the shot.
First responders arrived at the scene and rushed Calvin Lamar Craver to Miami Valley Hospital. He died July 26, 2018, soon after entering the hospital.
