Ava Grace Field

Age 4

Spanaway, Washington

Only the family’s pet was spared

She lived in a world of pigtails and constant smiles; her dad was Superman, off saving the world, and her home was filled with her mom, brother and pet dog.

Now, those paws are all that’s left.

Ava Grace Field, 4, was shot and killed in her bed by her father on March 13, 2018, in Spanaway, Washington, along with her 2-year-old brother, Ashen, and her mother, Samantha. After calling the police and thanking them for their time, Ava’s father shot himself. The family dog was untouched.
