Arias Josue Franco

Age 15

Henderson, Nevada

Arias died trying to save Avi

He was a swimmer in middle school, and he loved skateboarding. He was a sweet boy.

He was always willing to help others, and he enjoyed the time he spent with his family and friends. He was a role model to his younger brother, Avi, and everyone in his neighborhood liked him because he was respectful and kind.

On Sept. 20, 2018, at around 7:30 p.m., Arias Josue Franco, 15, ran back into his burning home in Henderson, Nevada, to save his younger brother when his stepfather shot and killed him.
