Mom issues plea: End gun violence

He was a sports-loving, bad-joke-telling teenager.

The California native loved the 49ers. He also liked to work on cars. The oldest of five siblings, he participated in outreach youth programs with his church. At a young age, he said he wanted to be an organ donor

On Dec. 4, 2018, Antonio Malik Douglas, 17, was shot and killed by another teenager in a car on Marine View Drive in Tacoma, Washington. Distraught and broken, his mother pleaded four simple words: "Put the guns down.”
