He never texted his sister back

He loved movies, especially musicals. He enjoyed tennis matches with his sister, Danica McLeod.

He’d been texting with his sister as it began. “My boy, you're going to be OK, and we're going to watch ‘13 Reasons.’ I love you,” she texted him. He didn’t text back.

Aaron Kyle McLeod, 15, was killed at the Santa Fe High School shooting on May 18, 2018, in Santa Fe, Texas. “He definitely didn't deserve this,” said his close friend Kali Reeves.
