Dariel Walker II

Age 2

Bay City, Michigan

Small boy, small family, all gone

The boy known to friends and family as “DJ” loved his sister with every fiber of his being. She would encourage him, and he would cheer her on.

He loved spending time with and having fun with his sister. When dancing in the kitchen, he’d become entranced with the magnetic letters on the fridge. Watching his sister, he joined in rolling and dancing on the ground, appearing delighted with his achievement.

His exuberance ended at the age of 2 when Dariel Walker Jr. and his sister, Mikayla, 3, were shot in the head by their mother on Feb. 20, 2018, at a roadside industrial park in Bay County, Michigan.
